Data Deletion

If you connected a Facebook profile or Page to PostCrafter, you can have the data we received from Facebook removed at any time, in either of two ways.

Option 1: remove the app from Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
3. Find our app, select it and choose Remove.

Our access stops immediately: the Page access tokens we held no longer work, and nothing more can be read or published.

Option 2: ask us to delete everything

Write to the administrator who gave you access with the name of your Facebook profile or Page. Within 30 days we delete the data received from Facebook: the access tokens, your profile ID and name, the Page records and their post statistics. We confirm by email when it's done. Encrypted backups containing it are erased within the following 14 days.

What we hold

What is received from Facebook and how it is used is listed in our Privacy Policy. We never hold data about people who react to or comment on posts, only totals.
